Short Description:

BG-2655-100 is a water dispersible isocyanate curing agent based on hexamethylene diisocyanate，used in combination with waterborne polyurethane, polyacrylate, with excellent hydrolysis resistance and heat resistance.

The prepared water-based two-component coating has the characteristics of high gloss, high fullness, high hardness, excellent yellowing resistance , and excellent chemical resistance.

Instructions

When BG-2655-100 is dispersed, its viscosity will increase. When mixed with hydrophilic polyol dispersions, it can be diluted with water in advance or a small amount of solvent can be added to control the viscosity increase, such as propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA), propylene glycol diacetate (PGDA), and it is recommended to use polyurethane grade solvents (water content<0.05%) for dilution, with a solid content of no less than 40%. Conduct specific experiments and stability tests before use. If the mixture after adding BG-2655-100, it must be used within pot life.

storage

The product should be stored in a sealed container to avoid freezing and high temperatures. It is recommended to keep the sealed packaging intact at a storage temperature of 5-35 ℃. The shelf life of the product is twelve months from the production date. After the shelf life is exceeded, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use.

The product is very sensitive to moisture and reacts with water to produce gases such as carbon dioxide and urea, which can cause container pressure to rise and pose a danger. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to use it as soon as possible.
